How to use Food'ie:

Bacteria grow between 20–40°C. We recommend heating your food to boiling before placing it in the Food'ie. For example, if you put oatmeal in at 75°C, after 7.5 hours it will have cooled to 52°C. However, if you plan to eat your soup after just 4 hours, it may be too hot if added at 90°C, so we suggest letting it cool slightly before storing.
