I grew up close to the beaches and woods in Aarhus, Denmark and have always had a natural interest in the Scandinavian design movement - simplicity, minimalism, functionality and hygge. 

Beech & Birch was founded in 2016 and I have filled my Gifford shop with hand picked pieces that I would choose to fill my own home with - beautifully designed, made to last and, where possible, eco-friendly.
